The specific details and documents required for the distribution process
In order to provide you the the most accurate quotation, we kindly request you to provide further details in the following steps:
1. About the inventory report (step 2):
· Please provide us with model data, photos, and any details that may affect the value of inventory.
· Photos - We need photos that can fully show the current status of the inventory, detailing the condition of the inventory including damage or missing functional components.
· If there are other conditions of the inventory, please provide them for further negotiation of the quotation so that we can provide you with more efficient distribution services.
2. Confirmation of Details Before Placing an Order and Paying a Deposit (Step 5):
· In order to facilitate our confirmation of the transportation process, packaging methods and transportation conditions, please provide us with the approximate weight and volume data of the goods.
3. Logistic Condition Confirmation Before Payment of Final Payment (Step 8):
· Please provide us with any relevant documents, including invoices, bills of lading, bank transfer information, and weight tickets.
· Please ensure that all documents are clear and in supported formats such as JPEG or PDF.
· Please send the documents to us through a secure and preferred method such as email or a file-sharing platform.
